I had a class couple of days chasing sea trout and garfish on the Danish coast. Cord really knows his stuff, but it didn't feel like a guided trip, more like fishing with a knowledgeable mate who's a good teacher. FAQ

Do I need fly fishing experience?

Some fly fishing experience is recommended for targeting sea trout. Ability to cast streamers at mid-range through wind is the important skill floor.

How physically demanding is it?

Ability to walk and wade on uneven, rocky surfaces is relevant for this experience. An average level of physical fitness/mobility is generally more than sufficient.
